Beautiful poem and images. I have to admit, using the word "skype" instead of "talk" took me by surprise. You may have intended it as a slap of modern in an otherwise ageless poem, in whih case it worked. If you did not, I'd change it to "talk" or something like that.

i like the contrast...the laughter and lightness and the unveiling of the agony in the end...sorry that you are far from the one you love...nice one shot.

Like the ending too...unexpected. Nice One Shot!
I can feel the joy ...within those words and with sharing as it grows.. I liked the verse .. so beautiful. I also appreciate that you can continue a long distance relationship with so much of joy and happiness which is based on only one or two sense of expressions.. rather than all the five senses the mind has for external inputs... I know its possible but i am sure its hard.. too.
